March Books

I’m halfway through The Red Dahlia so it will stretch over March/April.

I had expected the Joyce Grenfell book to be very funny but it wasn’t, however it was a very interesting account of Joyce’s life from early childhood until the end of WW2 following her personal life & the beginning & growth of her career.

Espresso Tales, the 2nd book in the ‘44 Scotland Street’ series, was just as entertaining as the first.

I've enjoyed all of Maeve Benchy books...I believe she has a new one out.

They're such a good read aren't they? My favourite to date is Circle of Friends, which I must read again.

So you also manage to find time to read? That explains why you stay up so late....going to bed just as I'm getting up for work!!!LOL

Yep :-) I read when I go to bed, which is usually around 1. Of course if it's a real page turner I read until 2 or 3. I really need to go to bed earlier.
